Richard Kelly’s 2001 cult-classic, psychological horror film Donnie Darko will be receiving the 4K re-release treatment in late December. Donnie Darko was released 15 years ago and to commemorate its anniversary Arrow Films and BFI will be premiering the film remastered in 4K resolution, along with a live Q&A with Director Richard Kelly, to London audiences.

Not only will the 4K re-release of Donnie Darko theatrical version and director’s cut be screening in cinemas but Blu-ray release will shortly follow. No dates have yet been revealed for home releases.

Tickets are available for UK screenings for December 19-23. Check out the new remastered trailer below.
