San Diego Comic-Con has just about come and gone over this past weekend. A glorious handful of trailers were announced and we’re here to give you our favorite trailers premiered at SDCC.

Bright

Netflix’s first whopping $100 million film, Bright, has premiered at San Diego Comic-Con. It stars Will Smith as LAPD officer, Scott Ward, and Jakoby played by Joel Edgerton as an Orc for a partner who bravely joined the police force as a “diversity hire”. Bright is a modern day sci-fi fantasy where humans and aliens function together as a society. Set in Los Angeles, officer Ward and his partner fight the good fight against fairies and other alien-like bad guys. Bright arrives on Netflix December 22nd 2017.

Stranger Things

The boys are back in season two of Stranger Things and it looks really scary! In this trailer, a few questions were answered and speculations debunked. Dustin, Mike, Lucas, and Will are the same ol’ adorable dorks who love their games, but something is different. Will is definitely in the upside-down and so is… Eleven. Check out the must see trailer with a synth version of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” as the boys try to conquer Halloween with real life spooky encounters. This trailer is a personal favorite! All episodes will be on Netflix October 27th.

Westworld

Westworld theorists and fans unite! Everything about Westworld’s season two trailer is just about everything we could ask for. In a hauntingly minute and a half long trailer, we see Dolores leading the revolt riding a horse in the most badass way possible. Sorry party-goers at the end of season one, the bots have completely taken over. The Man in Black (Ed Harris) seems to be back at the top and Arnold looks like he’s on a mission for his own answers. Westworld will be back in 2018 on HBO.

Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie

Hey Arnold! will be back after 15 years! Those that grew up with Arnold on Nickelodeon know this is an absolute nostalgic treat. The trailer focuses on a heart-warming but comical tribute to Arnold. “The Legend of Arnold” features a slew of compliments from all of his closest friends and people he has helped with hopes to win him a trip to “San Lorenzo”. The Jungle Movie will finally answer who Arnold’s parents are, from the trailer we know his parents were humanitarians just like him.

Rocko’s Modern Life: Static Cling

It’s official, our childhood is reborn and rebooted with Rocko’s Modern Life: Static Cling coming to Nickelodeon for a one-hour special next year. Rocko, Filburt, and Heffer are launched forward into a 2017 version of O-Town and deal with the modern day changes and it’s terrifying for the bunch. We loved Rocko’s Modern Life for its adult humor, which we totally get now as adults (looking at you, 90’s kids!) and for its innocent pokes at what’s trending today. We can’t wait.
