Team Liquid has been shifting their roster around a bit during this split, most notably moving star ADC Chae “Piglet” Gwang-jin into the mid lane while bringing in Young-bin “Youngbin” Jung to fill in for the now open ADC spot. Despite Piglet’s impressive debut mid lane game against Immortals, Steve “LiQuiD112” Arhancet still feels like there are some changes that need to be made.

Liquid made an announcement video on their Facebook page recently, detailing roster changes they are making for the ADC position. They’ll be benching Youngbin, and bringing in the star-studded North American ADC, Yiliang “Doublelift” Peng. Team Liquid feels that Youngbin hasn’t been delivering as much as he needs to, despite his youth, and will be starting Doublelift for the rest of the entire split until his contract expires.

“It’s needed, our performance is not great at the moment and I refuse to just kind of roll over and do nothing” -LiQuiD112

It’s still up in the air whether or not Doublelift will be staying on Team Liquid after this current split. Even if he is only staying on the roster for the rest of this split, Team Liquid is hoping to break their 4th place curse and skyrocket their performance during the possible playoff or relegation matches that’ll be coming up in the next few weeks. Let’s Go Liquid!
