Batman – The Telltale Series Episode 4 “Guardian of Gotham” will be available digitally starting Tuesday, November 22nd.

The crazy ending of Episode 3 left us shocked and in awe we won’t spoil it for you but before you download Episode 4, you should definitely play the entire season so far to get your mind right. Episode 4 “Guardian of Gotham” will tell the story of Penguin and his hostile takeover of Wayne Enterprises. Without saying what happened exactly, Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane has a new guest – Bruce Wayne.

Batman is off the streets of Gotham while Harvey and the Children of Arkham are at each others throats. This episode will focus on who will be an ally or an enemy and what will it take for justice to be had? You will have to watch the YouTube trailer to see the craziness Bruce encounters as he is held as a hostage in Arkham.

In the trailer, we see a familiar face, The Joker makes his first appearance in Episode 4 in Arkham Asylum.

Batman episode 4

Special note for Episode 4: Players will leave this episode in very different places depending on where they choose to go in the third act, and this will greatly affect their story rolling into the season finale as well.

Having been someone who’s played all three episodes of Batman thus far, I can share that the season so far has truly been a breath of fresh air. “Rendered to look like a living, breathing comic book” Telltales version of Batman is very immersive. With the famous voice of Troy Baker as Bruce Wayne who also voiced Joel in The Last of Us and Sam Drake (Nathan’s bro) in Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, it’ll be hard to pull you away from the game.

Batman: Guardian of Gotham will be available Nov. 22nd on PC from the Telltale Online Store, Steam, and other digital distribution services, on the Xbox Games Store for Xbox One and Xbox 360, and on the PlayStation®Network for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.
