Those who have been wanting to play NBA 2K16 or were on the fence about it can now get the game free! Playstation and 2K games have partnered up to line it up with this year’s NBA Finals between the last year’s champions the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers. This is a amazing pick up considering the game has only been out since last September. This can hold you over until next year iteration which recently announced cover athlete Paul George. NBA 2K16 features many different modes such as MyCareer and MyGM and the ever so popular MyTeam and MyLeague mode. The NBA 2K series have always impressed with their life like graphics and presentation.
Gone Home: Console Edition
Originally released in 2013, Gone Home: Console Edition is a first person adventure exploration game developed and published by Fullbright. Getting a favorable rating of 85 on Metacritic, you play as the eldest daughter of your family coming home from being away for a year. When you come back you find that your family nowhere to be found and the house is deserted. Your objective is to find out what happened to your family and discover the many secrets of the house.
Released and made by Sony’s own JAPAN Studio Echochrome is a puzzle game that was well received when it came out. If you hadn’t had a chance to play this game I highly suggest it as it is very creative and unique on its own.
Siren: Blood Curse (Full Episodes)
Published by Sony Computer Entertainment and Developer Project Siren (part of Sony’s JAPAN Studio) Siren’s: Blood Curse Complete Survival Horror episodes will be available. If you are easily scared this might be great to play with some friends arounds or by yourself in the dark.
For those minority of people who actually own a Playstation Vita like myself God of War: Chains of Olympus (original PSP title playable on PS Vita) and mini arcade game title Little Deviants are up for grabs.
I really like this month’s selection as a Playstation Plus member. I was really pleased mainly with a big AAA title like NBA 2K16 as it will still have a good few months of play until next year’s version. It also gives people who haven’t had a chance to play any of the NBA 2k Series to see what it’s all about. Gone Home seems like an interesting adventure game that I would be glad to try out. The PS3 selections are fairly good as well – I have Echochrome for the PS Vita and I can say that it is a puzzle game. I don’t really play my PS3 anymore as I only use it for Singstar but Siren: Blood Curse seems like it would be an interesting pick up for PS3 players. As for the PS Vita, God of War: Chains of Olympus is probably one of the best titles that released originally on the PSP so for those who haven’t had a chance to play it now have the opportunity!
