Psyonix Studios has definitely sparked some serious hype in the Rocket League community by announcing a new update. Their new and soon-to-be largest update in RL’s history, Neo Tokyo is coming June 20th and will also join the competitive playlist. We can expect to see skyscrapers, futuristic style, and neon lights!

Masamune & Esper

Along with the Neo Tokyo update coming June 20th, there will be two new premium cars, retro inspired and their names are “Esper” and “Masamune”. Following the June 20th update, on July 18th there are a total of four premium cars joining the roster and will be available digitally.

Early access owners of Rocket League Collection Edition (coming to retail in July) will get to play with the new cars first. All four DLC cars will be available for digital purchase worldwide on July 18 for USD $1.99 per car (or regional equivalent). Along with Esper and Masamune release, Marauder and Aftershock return.
