Telltale Announces ‘Wolf Among Us 2’, ‘The Walking Dead’ And More

On top of all the great news that came out of San Diego Comic Con this past weekend, Telltale Games had an abundance of news for three major titles: Wolf Among Us 2, The Walking Dead: The Final Season and Batman: The Enemy Within.

Wolf Among Us 2

In Telltale’s Summer 2017 update video (seen below), the team behind the scenes revealed Wolf Among Us 2 as they read over-the-top, semi-mean, but hilarious tweets from adoring fans.

Released almost four years ago on October 11th, Wolf Among Us is finally getting the second season it deserves. Fans have waited for what seems like a lifetime for the news. Telltale finally announced Wolf Among Us 2, the episodic fantasy follows the story of classic fables in modern day New York City.

“Telltale fans, this is going to be for you guys, this is happening because you.” – Job Stauffer, Head of Creative Communications

Wolf Among Us 2 is slated for release sometime in 2018. While it’s still a ways off, we’ll take it!

Batman: The Enemy Within

Season one was just the tip of the iceberg for this incredible story driven series. Players and fans got the chance to experience both, Batman and Bruce Wayne while making crucial decisions for these rather similar but different characters. Batman: The Enemy Within will launch the players into new territory, in this new season, we’ll be introduced to an infamous villain, The Riddler.

Telltale’s Batman is coming sooner than fans anticipated with a release set for August 8th. Episode one will be available the day of release while the remaining episodes will be released thereafter as per usual.

The Walking Dead: The Fourth and Final Season

Since 2012, we’ve been on an emotional roller coaster ride with Clementine. In the latest season, A New Frontier, Telltale changed gear and focused on a new main character, Javier Garcia where he eventually meets up with Clementine. The set up in season three, leaves off on an open-ended note with Clementine leaving the camp in search for baby A.J.. The fourth and final season will focus on Clementine and Telltale has allowed players to play from her perspective this round.

The Walking Dead: The Final Season will be the last and we’re sad to see it end, let’s hope we get the answers to our questions and a happy ending the series deserves.

Who knows? Telltale is all about twists and turns, we are sure to see Clementine in a different light more than ever.
